Meet Dr. Victoria Lynskey, DMD, MDS
Hi, I’m Dr Lynskey and I feel blessed to be an orthodontist! I absolutely love what I do and feel lucky every day to meet such interesting adults, kids, and families. We get to go on a journey, creating stunning smiles that last a lifetime.
I was born in New Zealand and earned my Master’s Degree and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Connecticut in 1999.
I chose Santa Rosa for the quality of life and the wonderful weather, which is important to me since my favorite activities are outdoors: swimming, paddleboarding, biking, running, and hiking with my dog, Kiwi.
We want everyone who visits our practice to have fun while experiencing the best innovations technology has to offer.
I opened my Santa Rosa practice in 2003 and filled it with the high-tech toys we orthodontists need to diagnose and treat patients. But I’ve also worked with my team to create a warm, welcoming space for adults and kids alike. We want everyone who visits our practice to have fun while experiencing the best innovations technology has to offer.
My approach to running my practice is to treat my patients the way I like to be treated. My goal is for you to feel well cared for and well informed. I have the best job ever, surrounded by the best team, and the bonus is getting to share all of this with my community.

I have many years of administrative experience, and I am lucky to be able to utilize my skills in a place that truly makes a difference in the lives of all our patients. All three of my kids have been seen by Dr. Lynskey, so I feel right at home with the excellent care and concierge service that is the hallmark of our practice.
I am proud to be a Treatment Coordinator. In my free time, my family and I love enjoying all that Sonoma County has to offer!

Registered Dental Assistant & Tech Lead
Hi, I’m Dana! I have been working in orthodontics since 2016 when I graduated from the College of Marin. I love coming to work every day, not only to change smiles but to connect with all of our awesome patients! In addition to being a Registered Dental Assistant, I manage all of the new technology we utilize: 3D printers and our custom braces and aligner workflows.
I’m a mom to two kiddos and our rescue dogs. My husband and I are natives of Santa Rosa and love the diversity of weekend activities, from lakes and rivers to hiking in the mountains! Family is important to me, and that’s why I love working with Dr. Lynskey. Everyone here is an extension of my family now.

Hola, I am Nayeli! I have been in the dental field since 2015 and I love it! I love being able to make patients smile. Away from work, I am a mom to three beautiful kids, Aubrey, Noah, and KK.
I was born and raised in Sonoma County and I don’t plan on ever leaving. I love it here! I’ve always liked playing sports like basketball, volleyball, and soccer, which I still play on weekends.

I have been with Dr. Lynskey from the start of my career in 2015. Working in the orthodontic field as an RDA has been the best experience. We get to see our patients’ smiles and lives change, and it’s very rewarding. Getting to know the patients in a personal way is something that isn’t always possible in other fields.
I was born and raised in Sonoma County, and my family now includes my son Dre, daughter Ayana, and two bulldogs named Pablo and Kila. Aside from being a mom, I love books, puzzles, hikes, concerts, and traveling all over our beautiful Sonoma County!

Hi! My name is Jocelyn. I am your Front Office Coordinator or, as I like to say, Director of First Impressions:). I started working at Dr. Lynskey’s in 2022 and I enjoy growing in the orthodontic field. There is so much to learn from this career and each and every person here. My work family is amazing!
I was born and raised in Riverside, and moved to Sonoma County with my husband in 2019. We have 2 kiddos, Axel and Karim. Aside from work, I love dancing, hiking, traveling, and visiting my family and hometown.

Registered Dental Assistant and Remote Monitoring Coordinator
Hello! I’m Vanessa and I have been in the dental field since 2018. Dr. Lynskey and our team make coming to work fun every day! Having braces as an adult made me want to pursue a career in orthodontics. I could relate to people in search of the confidence that comes from a natural, healthy smile. Recently I have been managing our remote monitoring program, where we catch issues early and ensure your treatment progresses on-time or faster.
I was born and raised here in Sonoma County. I’m a dog mom to a senior dog, Cookie. Outside of work, I enjoy my family, spending quality time with my friends, and watching baseball.

Hi! My name is Liv. I’ve been in the dental field for over 5 years. Happy, confident smiles have always been my passion due to how much dentistry and orthodontics have positively impacted my life. It is incredibly rewarding to be a part of a team that delivers exceptional smiles and cares for their patients and community.
I moved from Arizona to Sonoma County in 2023, and love it here! Outside of work, I love reading, enjoying nature, cooking, making music, spending time with my loved ones and fur babies, and gardening.
